INCES Welcomes Collaborative Opportunities in the Form of Training with NAM CSSTC
The Non-Aligned Movement Centre for South-South Technical Cooperation (NAM CSSTC) and the Instituto Nacional de Capacitacion y Educacion Socialista (INCES) explored a collaboration possibility to enhance skills among INCES trainers to be delivered to the community in Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
The talks took place at the INCES office on Tuesday (November 16), allowing both institutions to meet for the first time.
Wuikelman Angel, President of INCES, welcomed NAM CSSTC guests, who were accompanied by employees from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Caracas.
President Angel addressed the NAM CSSTC guests that INCES welcomes collaborative opportunities in the form of training for INCES human resources in the domain of technology/digitalization, as well as INCES human resources providing trainings for people in developing countries.
INCES is also interested in distribution and manufacture of agriculture and fishery products, engineering, tourism, cuisine, textiles, and shoes.
"INCES is capable of assembling methods and designing training curriculum," he noted. This skill can be put to use if INCES supplies experts in developing-country training.
