NAM CSSTC Receives Courtesy Visit from Director-General of CIRDAP
Jakarta, 15 April 2026, the Non-Aligned Movement Centre for South-South Technical Cooperation (NAM CSSTC) had the honour of receiving a courtesy visit from the Director-General of the Centre on Integrated Rural Development for Asia and the Pacific (CIRDAP), headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, during his visit to Indonesia. The meeting served as an important opportunity to strengthen institutional ties and explore potential avenues for collaboration between NAM CSSTC and CIRDAP in advancing sustainable development initiatives across the Global South.
CIRDAP also highlighted the broad scope of rural development, emphasizing that the sector encompasses a wide range of areas, including agriculture, marine and fisheries, housing, infrastructure, health, and other development-related sectors.
The visit marked a positive step toward enhancing cooperation between NAM CSSTC and CIRDAP, with both institutions reaffirming their shared commitment to promoting sustainable and inclusive development through South-South and triangular cooperation.
