NAM CSSTC Holds Director Handover Ceremony
Jakarta, 2 February 2026, The Non-Aligned Movement Centre for South-South Technical Cooperation (NAM CSSTC) officially held a ceremonial handover of its Directorship on 2 February 2026. The event marked the transition of leadership from the outgoing Director, H.E. Ambassador Diar Nurbintoro, to the newly appointed Director, H.E. Ambassador M. Chandra Widya Yudha.
The ceremony was conducted to ensure continuity, accountability, and a smooth leadership transition. It also served as a moment of reflection on the Centre’s achievements and future direction.
During the event, NAM CSSTC expressed its sincere appreciation and high recognition for the dedication, leadership, and guidance provided by Ambassador Diar Nurbintoro throughout his tenure as Director. Under his leadership, NAM CSSTC strengthened its role as a platform for South-South cooperation, capacity building, and technical collaboration among Non-Aligned Movement Member States.
The appointment of Ambassador M. Chandra Widya Yudha as the new Director marks a new chapter for NAM CSSTC. Under the new leadership, the Centre is expected to further strengthen its mandate and expand cooperation initiatives in line with the evolving needs of the Global South.
