Preparation for the Implementation of Dispatch of Experts on
Rice Sector Development Through a Special Visit to the Office of the CV. Karya Hidup Sentosa
After virtually completing the kick-off meeting of the "Dispatch of Experts on Rice Sector Development" on March 18, 2022, the Non-Aligned Movement Centre for South-South Technical Cooperation (NAM CSSTC) continued the next stage of preparation for the implementation of the Dispatch of Experts on April 7, 2022, with a special visit to the office of CV. Karya Hidup Sentosa (KHS) in Yogyakarta.
The CV. KHS was visited by a number of officials and representatives from the Senegal Ministry of Agriculture, Senegalese banking institution, and Manobi Africa during a visit facilitated by the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Dakar.
During the visit, the Dispatch of Experts material, including material on rice management and operating and maintaining for the combine harvester and amberjack, was finalised, as was the estimated schedule for the Dispatch of Experts.
At the conclusion of the activity, Manobi Africa agreed to bring in a number of CV. KHS combine harvester and amberjack units to be used as a training tool in Senegal.
